This Privacy Policy applies to Lanternfall Path, developed by David Dzaganıa. It covers the information the app processes, how that information is used, and your rights regarding it.

Please read it carefully. Continued use of the app means you accept this policy.

Good news: Lanternfall Path does not collect any personal information. There is no sign-up, no tracking and no data sent to our servers.

If you choose to email us, we will naturally receive your address and message so we can reply.

We never ask for sensitive categories of data, such as health or biometric information.

Your data helps us:

• To protect the security and integrity of the app
• To fulfil requirements under applicable law
• To respond to your questions and support requests

We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without telling you first.

Lanternfall Path contains no tracking for advertising purposes and never accesses your device's advertising identifier.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases of the GDPR:

• Consent: when you opt in to a feature that needs it; you may withdraw consent whenever you like.
• Contract: to deliver the service and any purchases you make.
• Legitimate interests: including keeping the app reliable and protecting it from abuse.
• Legal obligation: where we must process data to comply with the law.

We do not share your information except as follows:

• Service providers: vendors that provide infrastructure and tools, contractually required to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the app and meet legal obligations. Support emails are kept while we help you and for a reasonable period afterwards.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption and least-privilege access.

If a data breach affecting you ever occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:

• Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data.
• Correction: update information that is out of date.
• Deletion: request that your data be erased.
• Restriction & objection: object to or restrict how we process your data.
• Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

If you live in California, you may also request disclosure of the data we collected in the past 12 months. We do not sell or share personal information.

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.

Should we learn that we have received personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it without delay.

Information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use safeguards like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

Because we do not track users across third-party services, we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

As Lanternfall Path grows, this policy may be revised. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
